Now in Monster Health 1.2.2. Track blood pressure, weight, and heart rate in one place. Plus free newborn insights, a refreshed family onboarding flow, and lots of polish.

Now available in Monster Health 1.2.2

Your Vitals, in One Place.

We just launched the Vitals module, a single home for tracking blood pressure, weight, and heart rate. Log a reading and the chart fills in week by week, with classification chips (Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, etc.) that flag what's worth bringing up at your next visit.

What's Inside

  • Three trackers in one: Blood Pressure, Weight, and Heart Rate, each with its own page, trend chart, and history
  • Smart classification: every reading gets a chip that tells you whether it's normal or worth a conversation with your doctor
  • History grouped by month: scroll back through every reading you've logged, organized by when it happened
  • Apple Health support coming: we're building toward seamless sync so your readings move with you
  • More vitals on the way: Body Temperature, Blood Glucose, Blood Oxygen, and Resting Heart Rate are coming next

Free users get the 7-day view for every metric. Premium unlocks 30-day and 12-month long-range trends.

Newborn Insights Are Now Free

Big news for newborn parents: your daily rhythm and weekly patterns are now free for everyone. No paywall on the insights screen, so you can see how feedings, sleep, and diapers shape your day across the last 7 days at no cost. (14 and 30-day long-range views stay Premium for parents who want the broader picture.)

A Refreshed Family Onboarding

Picking "I'm pregnant" or "I just became a parent" now leads through a much more celebratory flow:

  • Newborn parents see a live preview of all four trackers (including a real ticking sleep timer and cycling charts) before setting up baby's profile
  • Pregnancy hubs open with a "Congratulations!" moment and a softer, atmospheric feel with floating clouds
  • The "caring for someone" flow gets the same warm visual language so the family flow feels like one continuous moment

Plus

  • A new Vitals row in the Health tab so you can jump straight to your readings
  • Smarter setup: Vitals tracking is now suggested by default during onboarding, since it applies to just about everyone
  • A handful of small fixes and visual polish across the app
